I have to be honest…it’s much harder to find bras that are both durable and pretty and available in an A cup for under $30. You’ll have a lot more to choose from if your budget is even just $5-$10 higher, but here are some brands that fit your parameters:

Not that it is a luxury place or anything, but Target actually has very good quality bra’s and you can find cute ones in A cups as well there. Since it’s more of a discount store a lot of money actually goes into quality control. :)
