Hi, quick question: Is there anyway you can make your breasts smaller (not including surgery?). I got properly sized yesterday by a specialty store and they said that I’m a size 34 DD (or depending on some UK brands, 34 E). I know I should love my figure the way it is but I just feel like my breasts are too big. If there isn’t anyway to make my bra size smaller, could you recommend me some brands that would be a good fit for my size? Thanks.

First of all, congrats on the bra fitting! :)

I don’t know of any ways to make your breasts actually smaller, but a lot of my full busted friends tell me that a good fitting bra (well fitting bra?) makes their breasts look smaller. I’ve even heard some women change their minds about getting a breast reduction once they’ve gotten a better bra (that isn’t a condemnation of breast reductions, of course; rather it’s about encouraging women to explore all of their options).
